Agriculture Safety Campaign

Lowe Maintenance approached Phoenix Rose to raise awareness of its Safe Use of Sheep Dip course, but our insight showed the real challenge was sheep scab. We reframed the brief and built a national, behaviour-change campaign that cut through industry fatigue and captured stakeholder attention. We developed the campaign identity Break the Sheep Scab Cycle, and created a series of striking ad headlines, Don’t Get Fleeced, Break the Cycle, Know Thy Neighbour, Flocked. Ticked Off., Take the Plunge and more, all crafted to resonate with farmers and HCP vets audiences across the UK. We handled all copy, design direction, and delivery of downloadable materials. Alongside this, we secured national press coverage, built 13+ stakeholder relationships, and converted British Wool, Bimeda and the Livestock Auctioneers Association into campaign partners. Coverage included Agriland, Farming UK, South West Farmer and The Yorkshire Post and more. What started as a training brief became a full-scale awareness campaign, with creative that landed, relationships that stuck, and an issue that finally got the attention it deserved.
